Thousands of gamers will be descending on Telford at the end of November to take part in this Winters biggest gaming festival in the UK to meet, socialise and game 24/7. With late opening bars, the awesome exhibition, the World Famous Pub Quiz and huge selection of games to play the event is already something you should not miss! However, the another major component of our awesome events are the huge competitive gaming tournaments, where we give thousands of pounds away to the best teams in the land for defeating the competition.

ESET UK Masters Starcraft 2 - £5,000

The headline tournament at Insomnia47 is the ESET UK Masters, a huge boost to UK Esports, ESET UK are bringing some of the best Starcraft 2 stars to Telford to battle it out for a share of the £5,000 (US$8,000). You still have several chances to enter this tournament, there are 3 Online Qualifiers remaining, these take place each Thursday starting tomorrow. Also if you are coming to Insomnia47 head over to the BYOC qualifier page to sign up for the final chance to qualify for the finals - all you need is your BYOC ticket.

Multiplay CS:GO Cup - £4,000+

The Counter Strike community is huge at Iseries - and this is the event where we are moving forward to the newest game in the series - Counter Strike Global Offensive. This iteration is taking the competitive gaming world by storm and proving to be the game of choice with the team FPS players on PC. Teams of 5 will compete for a share of the £4,000 prize pot, and to become the new champions of Counter Strike in the UK. Want to get involved? Black Ops 2 Xbox Cup - £3,000+

The Multiplay Black Ops 2 Cup is the next installment of our awesome console FPS tournaments run by the Warped Gaming League (WGL) team. The first LAN tournament in the UK on this game, Black Ops 2 is bringing many cool features to the tournament scene and should make the action even more exciting to follow. Want to take part in this tournament? Head over to the Black Ops 2 tournament page - the tournament will run throughout Saturday and Sunday and is open to TUP and BYOC participants, we recommend BYOC as you can practise all weekend between actual matches, and enjoy the full Insomnia experience!

Multiplay League of Legends Cup - £1,500+

League of Legends is the PC game that appears to be taking over the world, and we do not want to have our community miss out on their piece of the action. We are hosting a League of Legends tournament at Insomnia47 with a starting prize pool of £1,500 for you to take part in! Multiplay ShootMania Elite Cup - £1,000+

Shootmania is the newest Arena FPS from Nadeo - the team that brought you the Trackmania series. Come and take part in our £1,000+ tournament as a team of 3 and play this simple but incredibly addictive arena shooter. The game mode runs as rounds of 1v3 combat, where the single player has the advantage with a better weapon, but must attempt to attack a control point defended by 3 guys within 1 minute.
