Tomorrow, Wednesday 12th September (08:00am - 12:00 BST), we will be taking both our Ticket and Live Chat systems offline to perform a software upgrade. During this time customers will be unable to raise new tickets or live chat requests.
We expect the overall downtime to be approximately 2 hours within the outage window, however we have a precautionary outage window of 4 hours in place.
Maintenance window starts: Wednesday 12th September at 08:00am BST
Maintenance window ends : Wednesday 12th September at 12.00pm BST
Telephone support will be available during this time and we advise customers with urgent issues to use this form of support. If the issue is non urgent we kindly request that customers wait until our systems are back online. We expect telephone support will have an increased load during this period.
