Early Arrival Service
Early Arrival Service is our most popular extra, with often up to 50% of
the LAN partaking. Early Arrival Service ("EAS") allows both participants and spectators to
arrive from 6pm the night before the event. This means you can be
set up and ready to go after a good nights sleep for the start of the event at 9am the next day.
Although we don't guarantee network or power until 9am the next morning, there hasn't been an EAS
in a long time where power and network were not supplied in time - it's virtually adding another
day to the LAN! At the very least you can make the most of the event by already being set-up and
ready to go when the doors open at 9am. A great atmosphere and a great service, it's something
you have to try at least once.
This service costs £15.00 (including VAT @ 17.5%).

Monitor Rental
Monitor Rental is also extremely popular. It works out best for those gamers who are travelling from afar and simply cant bring all of their kit with them. The monitor is yours for the duration of the event and when the event is over, you'll be glad that it's one less thing to lug to the car. The number of monitors we have is finite so if it's pivotal that you rent a monitor make sure you pay as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.

Wireless Laptop Connection
Wireless Enabled means that you can freely roam the event with your laptop and browse the web. What's better than having a nice frosty pint in the bar? Having a nice frosty pint whilst browsing the web or chatting on IRC with your friends in the main building! The wireless is event-wide and never an event goes by where it doesn't come in handy.

Server Co-location
Server Co-location is popular amongst clans who play online via their own server on a regular basis. If you have a powerful machine that you can bring along, we can provide power and network for it in our server area. You may then administrate your own game servers on your machine or use it as a dedicated voice-comms server. Although we provide all the servers people need some clans prefer to have complete control thus we brought in this service to accommodate.
Your server will need to be able to boot and run properly without a keyboard, monitor or mouse. The use of your server is subject to an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This is defined in the full terms of service. Key things include not running a public FTP/fileserver and disabling certain network services.
This service costs £20.00 (including VAT @ 17.5%).

Additional Network Connection for Laptop

An Additional Network Connection is for those who like to idle on IRC whilst still being in a fullscreen game. It's especially good for RTS and MMO players as you can chat with people on IRC or lookup items/quests on the web without having to alt-tab out of your game. You can't play games on it but a laptop is a godsend when it comes to the tournaments - no more loading and quitting your game in-between matches to look at the intranet - you can get updates on the tournaments progress on-the-go, whilst staying in your game. It's a luxury but once you've tried it, you'll consider it a necessity. |

Call of Duty 4 (PC) Pre-order for i32
With the long-awaited Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC) set for release on the Friday of i32, we are taking preorders for the game meaning you can pick up your copy as you sign in for the event.
With pre-orders from mail order unlikely to make it out in time for people attending i32, we've worked with Activision to get a good price and ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy the game from its release at the event. The standard game costs £30.00 but we also have collectors edition for £35.00. You can pre-order yours now by booking this service.
Note: If you are attending for Early Arrival Service (EAS) for i32, you will be able to collect your copy at midnight on the first night of the event. This service costs just £15.00 an allows you to check-in from 6pm on Thursday 8th November. Read the Early Arrival Service entry on the services page for more details.

Network Cards are required to join the i-Series network. Ideally a standard 100Mbit card is all that's required, whilst some older cards may only support 10Mbit. Both will work but we recommend 100Mbit cards which, if your PC was bought in the last 4-5 years - you'll almost certainly have. However for those who don't have a network card, or have a laptop without a NIC then we have some for sale - VAT and installation are included in the price.
